Used Matrix Fitness T3xi Treadmill
If treadmills were cars, the Matrix Fitness T3xi Treadmill would be a Rolls Royce. With a powerful 3.2 HP AC motor, power is never an issue with this model. And despite this workhorse of a motor, the treadmill is always quiet at any belt speed. The heavy-duty maintenance-free deck system on the T3xi, which is rated for hundreds of hours of use each week, consists of a one-inch reversible two-ply deck with hard wax, a 20 inch by 60 inch running surface and built-in shock absorbers to provide a low impact workout that won’t wreak havoc on the knees, ankles and shins. The steel frame construction on this beauty is rated for users up to 500 pounds—compared to 350 pounds on similar models—and the welded front wheels make for easy transportation around your commercial or home gym.
The Matrix Fitness T3xi Treadmill comes with several built-in workout programs—programs designed by fitness scientists to provide the most optimal results. These programs include a 5K and a 10K run; a rolling hills program; a manual setting—for creating a personalized workout; a fat-burning program, which aims to keep users in their target heart rate zone; a fitness test (the Gerkin protocol); and more. All of the results and statistics from these workouts are displayed prominently on the large display console. Some of the rubrics users can monitor from this screen include the number of calories burned, distance traveled, speed, pace, METs, watts, and heart rate. Heart rate statistics are made possible via the touch-based pulse sensors in the handgrips of the treadmill’s handlebars.
To further vary their workout, users can increase the speed and incline of the belt. The T3xi has a speed range of 0.5 miles per hour to 12 miles per hour; and an incline ratio of 0 percent to 18 percent.
